  • All orders must be received before 12 midday the day before and this service only applies Monday to Friday
  • Please note Saturdays, Sundays and all bank holidays are classed as non working days.
  • Please allow an extra days delivery to Northern Ireland and Northern parts of Scotland.
  • Please be aware that once goods have been accepted and signed for you are responsible for them.
  • On rare occasions factors such as unusual weather conditions will effect the time scale of your dispatch and delivery.
  • In some countries it is not possible to track the parcel once it enters your country.

Returns & Exchanges

If for what ever reason you are unhappy with your purchase you have 14 days from receipt of your purchase to exchange or receive a full refund,  to be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Please note postage costs are none refundable. If an item is returned and shows signs of wear or washing then the item will be returned back to you and and no refund issued. Please note that any return parcels lost in transit remain your responsibility.

You will be expected to pay postage costs for any exchanged items

The safest way for you to return your item is to get proof of postage from the post office.

Faulty Goods Policy

At Jim Jamz we try our very best to ensure all products are made to the brands standards. If you receive a faulty item please contact us immediately at jimjamzkids@gmail.com and return the faulty item within our 90 day faulty goods policy. Once we receive the faulty item we will asses the fault, please note if an item is found to be damaged from excessive use then it will not be considered faulty. If the item is found to be faulty we will offer an exact replacement or a refund with no postage costs. Please return the item to the above address.
